1. Purchase Process

1.1 Access the "Buy Tickets" page (provide the link to the page).
1.2 Select the desired number of tickets for each date (single day or all 3 days) and click "Proceed" to make the purchase.
1.3 For each ticket, choose the ticket type (reduced, full or ENOS member) and enter the ticket holder's personal email address. This email will be used by the Euro'Meet Lecco portal as the username for creating the personal account. The email entered for each ticket will be associated with the ticket's identification code. Once all fields are filled, click "Proceed" to complete the purchase.
1.4 Finally, enter billing information (name, surname, company name, email). Choose the payment method and complete the purchase.

To attend the event, it is mandatory to present a ticket at the entrance.

2. Payment Methods

You can purchase your tickets online with a credit card or through a bank transfer.
2.1 Credit Card Payment: Payment is immediate, and ticket delivery occurs in a few moments.
2.2 Bank Transfer Payment: You will receive an email with the necessary payment information: account holder, IBAN, and reason for payment. Remember to correctly enter the payment reason with the ID of your purchase to facilitate the association between your order and your bank transfer payment.

3. Ticket Prices

The ticket cost follows three distinct price ranges based on the ticket type:
3.1 Full: Standard ticket with discounted price until March 31st during the pre-sale.
3.2 Student: Ticket dedicated to university students. A university ID is required during check-in at Euro'Meet Lecco 2024.
3.3 ENOS Member: All ENOS members are eligible for a discounted ticket. To obtain the discount, you need to enter a discount code during the purchase of your ticket. The discount code was sent to all members via email. If you haven't received it, you can request it here (insert the email address of the person managing this ENOS phase). Tickets purchased in advance until Mar 31, 2024 will have a reduced cost. From Apr 1, 2024, the ticket cost will be at the full price.

4 . Refund

Full Refund

The request for a full refund must be submitted by June 30 of the current year. The complete refund will be issued within 30 days from the approval date of the request.

Partial Refund

If the refund request is submitted between July 1 and August 15, a 50% refund of the purchased ticket will be applied. The 50% refund will be processed within 30 days from the approval date of the request.

No Refunds After August 15

No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after August 15 of the current year. Please ensure to submit the refund request by the specified deadline to ensure proper processing.

Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted via email, provided on our website. The purchased ticket with its corresponding code must be attached to the email. Provide all required information to ensure a quick and efficient processing. All decisions regarding refunds are subject to our assessment and discretion.

Changes to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to these refund conditions. Changes will be posted on our website with at least 30 days' notice.
